For the past 9 years the Alternative Program has amounted close to 150 hours of Service. In the past we have stacked several cords of wood, raked numerous lawn, gone to the Ronald McDonald House in Burlington, helped new residents move into the Town of Georgia, lined the Georgia Beach parking lot with cedar fencing, painted porches and assisted elderly residence. We are always willing to help community members in need of assistance.
Essentially, we want to encourage a sense of belonging to a larger community and a sense of citizenship within that community, and "above all compassion" .
